Hypnosis 12 steps to gain brain power
The 12 steps to gaining strength of mind are designed to build positive visuals, gain strength of mind and help you achieve your dreams and desires that can be as varied as improving your personality, increase your wealth, attract love and make yourself attractive.
Follow these steps I found specifically to help anyone new to the Power of Creative Visualization.
Step One: Choose a quiet place that is free from any distractions, interruptions, or disturbances. This can even be in a bus or in your room. The idea is to be able to concentrate in any environment you find suitable. It is ideal to concentrate in any environment you find suitable. The ideal time, however, I found it to be, is to get up early in the morning or go to bed. However, the ideal place can be anywhere, as long as you can concentrate.
Step Two: Feel comfortable. Wear loose clothing or loosen your belt and bow.
Step 3: Be comfortable. Keep your spine straight. Free your hands. Relax! This lowers your body stress and helps your blood to circulate efficiently.
Step Four: Close your eyes. That way, your physical world will not be interrupted and you will be able to concentrate on your mental world. But avoid softening your eyes. Close them carefully. In fact, once you focus on your image, you may find that your eyes close naturally.
Step Five: Breathe normally. Let your body roll with the rhythm of your breathing. Listen to that rhythm.
Step Six: Now start the visualization process. Create the main image of the topic you have chosen. Shape the shape. Add color. Build the sound. Feel it! Focus on them. See them as loud and clear as you can.
Step Seven: Put yourself in the pictures you created. You need to be in the picture to let your subconscious know that the image you are viewing that leads to your goal is actually meant for you, not others.
Step Eight: Feel the image you created. Now that you’re inside the picture, imagine you’re running
the time you see. Feel the environment. See how different it feels to lead a life you like. Bring your image to life.
Step Nine: Experience the image with all your emotions. To look! Listen! Smell! Feel what it feels like to reach your goals. Let the excitement and happiness of success pass you by. Let the excitement of success build in you. Feel your success.
Step Ten: Once you have experienced your image with emotion, leave your mind blank. If you hold your image for too long, the image may disappear due to overexposure. So, let it go.
Step Eleven: Create a space in your mind to get what you want. Tell yourself what you want - like, "I deserve to be strong," "I deserve to be rich and famous." By doing this you are not only letting your subconscious mind support the image, you are literally achieving your success.
Step Twelve: Feel creative when creating images. I have given you the basic guidelines on the following pages to create a visual that will help you reach your goals. You can change them to suit your needs. The more the images meet your specific needs, the more effective they are.
These are then the twelve important steps to mind-power. Remember, it is better to visualize 2-3 times a day for a shorter duration than to visualize for a long stretch during the day. In doing so, the quality of the visuals stays fresh instead of outdated and plaid and drains all the energy from you.
One to ten steps can take anywhere from 5-10 minutes. It’s better if you don’t extend it. Repeat it instead at another time of day.
If you release the image after this short exercise, your mind will be free of the mental power you have activated. But your subconscious continues to support the image you saw. This helps make your goal and your dreams come true.
The twelve steps to the power of the Brain I have described above are the most powerful tools in this world. If you turn on your mental strength and expand it to a creative visualization to make your dreams come true - then this is exactly what will happen. Your dreams will come true.
Remember, you can run the world with your mind.
